Inspired as a child to document this temporary life, I picked up the camera at a young age and never really let it go. Since starting my a photography studies at Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam I became more serious about my passion to create.

Photography is still my way of documenting life but now in a more experimental way. Life for me right now can get quite complex, abstract and even surreal and that is the part I want to visualise in my art.

I want to highlight deeper layers in this world, in the human psyche or my personal emotions and explore this by creating art that is meant to make people wonder about the meaning rather than understanding, just like our dreams.
